VFSC DAY#2 OOTD ✔

Hello fashionistas

This is a late post from yesterday LOL but I an happy to finally ve sharing it with you. The Vanity Fair Social event has been so much fun so far and I enjoy being in the same room as so many like minded fashionistas and bloggers in different genres, because there is always something to learn from your peers and I intend to take that opportunity while here.

The venue called Platform LA is a modern chic earthy decorated venue, the furniture is rustic but chic and the decor placed around the furniture is amazing as well. The venue has wall murals, qoutes, lighted signs and wall stickers; I'm also into interior design so the decor is also very huge for me LOL. I've met some wonderful people/bloggers and hope to see them again at other events, the fashion I've seen here is AMAZING and VERSATILE, but I love it because it gives me fashion inspiration for styles I can put together my own way and some I will imitate on point from theirs.

PROGRAMMING DAY 2

Mya was uncensored during her Q&A, which is refreshing because I was able to get a better idea of what type of personality she has. Mya says she wants to start a web series because it's more real and uncensored like she is.

Question for Mya "Why do you want to do a web series?"

Mya said "Because I want to reach more people and you don't have to watch what you say or how you act. Just raw, raw like no condom straight raw girl"

Question for Mya "Have you and your boyfriend came across any backlash since your transgender?"

Mya said "I moved frim Texas to North Dakota where nobody really knows about transgender issues and I've only seen like one other black person there." She continues "My boyfriend is white and not even with his family does it come up because they don't know"

Mya talks about being approached for the movie "I was going through my transition and was hiding behind glasses all the time, because I didn't like how I looked" 

She continues "Shawn had copies of his previous work and I was like ok he isn't trying to get me into porn. So I just went with it and my new life is fun I love it, I'm living my dream" 

She also said "When Shawn told me the movie was going to be done on a IPhone I thought ok this film ain't gonna be shit, but it worked out"

Mya said "Does she ever stop talking? No this bitch been talking"

I enjoyed her a lot and if I ever come across her again I know I'm in for a treat LOL

I was searching online for dresses earlier today, because I've got a thing for cute dresses and need to add a few to my collection lmao. I rarely wear dresses, but if any ocassion pops up I want to have a handful to choose from and not have to worry about being seen in the same one more then twice. I'm unaware of the designers for any of these dresses, because I was searching google images when I found these without articles on them. LOLA MONROE GOT ALL DOLLED UP This is a very cute dress with a sexy twist, because the low cut front screams look at these lol. Lola looks fab as ever in this cute blue pencil form fitting dress. and pairing it with tan pumps was great in my opinion. VALENTINES DAY OOTD

 Hello Fashion dolls, I'm not really a huge fan of Valentine's day as a "Holiday" it could be because before I reunited with my Husband the guys I dated before him didn't buy me gifts or flowers and rarely even spent the day with me. It's so cliché to only dedicate one day to spreading love to your loved ones and friends, because we should be expressing our love routinely. My Husband and I don't usually give gifts for Valentine's day so this year we decided to just have a small family BBQ, drink and watch movies with out family all day long.
